ATTORNEY BEN JEMSEK
Ben Jemsek is one of the founding members of Thrasher Jemsek, PLC. He has represented clients both as plaintiffs and defendants from Arizona, California, Illinois, New Mexico, Nebraska, Nevada, Oman and Dubai. He has represented a diverse clientele that includes governments, politicians, individuals, children, small businesses and multinational corporations.
His practice focuses exclusively on civil litigation. He has extensive experience in representing clients in the following types of cases: personal injury and wrongful death; medical malpractice; shareholder and member disputes; contract disputes; purchase and sale agreements; and employment law claims. He has represented school districts as well as claims filed against the State of Arizona. He has litigated estate claims, contract disputes, defamation actions, discrimination claims, fraud actions, and shareholder disputes. He has worked for numerous clients in assisting them with business and contract formation. He has argued before the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court.
Ben is a current professor at Phoenix College in the paralegal studies program where he has taught ethics, legal writing and civil procedures since 2006. Prior to that he taught certification courses in various subjects.
